Booking & Deposits

To secure your safari, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. This allows us to secure lodge accommodations and park permits in your name.

• The balance (70%) is due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings made within 60 days of travel require full payment immediately.
• Payments can be made via International Bank Transfer (SWIFT) or Credit Card (surcharge applies).

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. However, due to the strict prepayment policies of Tanzanian lodges, cancellations incur charges based on the date of notification.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. Your policy must cover:

Teva Ecotravels includes AMREF Flying Doctors enrollment (air ambulance) for evacuation to Nairobi or Dar es Salaam, but this does not replace your primary medical insurance.

Medical & Health

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever) and malaria prophylaxis. Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. While we accommodate most needs, we cannot guarantee nut-free environments in remote bush kitchens.

Force Majeure

Teva Ecotravels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, political instability, extreme weather, or changes in government park regulations/fees. In such events, we will do our utmost to reschedule your trip with minimal financial impact.
